Additional Fees

  • $65 cleaning fee at the end of your stay; You can also request cleaning during your stay if needed.
  • $1000 refundable damage deposit
  • $500 pet deposit upon approval
  • Maximum Guests Included: 8; For each additional guest up to 10 there will be an additional charge of $50 per night.
  • If you need additional guests, the fee for each additional guest is $50/night upon approval​
