- $65 cleaning fee at the end of your stay; You can also request cleaning during your stay if needed.
- $1000 refundable damage deposit
- $500 pet deposit upon approval
- Maximum Guests 8; For each additional guest up to 10 there will be an additional charge of $50 per night upon approval
